Catalyst theatre: Suicide

Four documented dramatic vignettes are presented live to an audience made up of friends, relatives and loved ones of suicide victims. After each vignette, the audience has an opportunity to discuss with the program host the implications of the scene as it relates to their own personal experience. What is the significance of the program for input? The presentation of documented material in a dramatic form with the added element of personal experiences by a studio audience. It is a significant development in exploiting the documentary approach to television programming.
