Angela, a sixteen year old girl wrote to “Stories in the mirror” to tell her story... “because there was an event that many people should know about. I underwent violence at the hands of six boys and it was something that left a mark”.With these words Angela begins the speech in the mirror and goes on telling of her childhood, her parents, the first experience at school, her life.The story has been chosen from thousands of letters from all over Italy sent to the editorial office of the series “Stories in the mirror”. The purpose has been of tracing, through an individual story, a particular aspect of today life in Italy.The expressive form and contents of this formula have been studied making use of the “product test”. These are some reactions: “I like the fact that RAI also considers ordinary people...”; “ a programme different form others... very different”.
