AGREEMENT

Enormous oilfields are situated in the territory of Yugra, called “The Russian Kuwait”. The aboriginals of this land are called “Khanty”. The oilfields need to be developed, and the manager of an oil company and the deer-raisers hold long and difficult talks as to how this land can be used. The Khanty sign the agreement, and a year later civilization comes to their land.
