At first, this program shows the reenactment of a teenager’s hold up against a woman at her flower shop. In the second part of the program, the victim, in her “anger”, points at the people who, from her point of view, are responsible for this kind of offense: a chief constable, an educator of young people who lives in a slum, a public attorney, an examining magistrate and a judge for children’s offenses.1) The very modern style of this program makes the reenactment of this event as vivid as the true event.2) It gives an overview of the safety problems in large towns, through the discussions between the victim and the officials concerned by the case.
