A change of heart

A Change of Heart explores a story once confirmed to science fiction, and confronts the dilemas doctors will face as transplants become the way of the future. From the producers point of view, the recording of these events required a complex organisation: shooting simultaneously in different countries – stand-by crews for weeks – and a major script reorientation after the loss of the central character. The final product has no narration. The story is told by its actors.
