The last evening

The last evening, is a story centered around a dance floor, a boy and a girl, and love that is never fulfilled. All that remains is eternal longing and desire. The Finnish tango, with its passionate, fiery words, has always expressed the emotions of the reticent Finns, and is the music of the programme. The scene is a small Finns village in the early 1960´s , atime when the tango ruled supreme and discos had never been heard of in Finland. The last Evening has been screened on television in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denamark.
