Based on the short story of Gabor Zoltan's The Breath In, the TV programme is about a 40-year old top manager, who feels the pressure to live up to the 'idol of fit forty masculinity! – so he starts to train. Defending his precious seclusion he decides to have lonely - early morning swimming sessions. He buys top quality swimwear, chooses an expensive swimming pool, and evolves a training plan for the upcoming years. He strives by himself, but soon enough he spots one guy in a black bathing-cap, who is just as tall and old as himself, but swims faster and weighs less than he does. The vague fraternisation soon turns into rivalry, then enmity and feud.
